I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I was helped quickly and professionally. Got a better deal than I anticipated and got a solid car. If I have any need to buy another car in the future I may very well get it from here.

He explained every detail about the Kia Seltos I eventually purchased (1st time Kia owner), and assisted with digital (media, phone, navigation) setup. I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Salesperson (Aussie) Steve was very energetic & personable. He Insisted we test drive our gently used Impala was appreciated. Sales Manager was very knowledge about warranties products they offer.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

We were travelling south with our truck and trailer. Our transmission was giving us trouble, we pulled into mountain view GMC without an appointment and they were generous with their help. They cleared the code for our transmission issue and sent us on our way.

Bought my 2019 in 4-2021. It only had 8700 miles on it, got it for 18k at Car Max. It was a fleet car; part of Covid sell off I guess. Retired now, drive around town with maybe 30% highway driving. Watch the EV/GAS indicator like a hawk; like driving a video game..my MPG; 48. The mileage is now at 48,700. Love the car, BATTERY LIFE is a major concern of mine. Done some research prior to buy on replacement battery; battery cost at that time from Ford dealer; ~$5800; recent check ~$10,500. After market batteries out there for less with warranties in the range of 12 months/15k according to auto/radio talk host. Local respected auto repair shop said the Toyata Prius hybrid batteries they had dealt with; they had replaced bad/weak cells instead of e tire battery; 2-3k...that was from 2021. At that time, no Fusions had been brought to them. The battery is my growing concern. If I keep this vehicle, what will it cost to have a battery replaced in the next 4-5 years? PLEASE NOTE: The NATIONAL radio talk show host did say, limit air-conditioning use; do not drive/brake like a wild-man. That would stretch out battery life. Original battery could go as far as 150k with sensible driving habits. Keep car from extreme temperature s; hot & cold. Still contemplating selling car now due to $$$$ in regards to battery not car performance.... LOVE THE CAR.....DREAD THE FUTURE BATTERY ISSUE.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I purchased my 2019 Fusion Hybrid Titanium back in September of 2020. I got a very good deal on it because dealerships were struggling to sell cars. I was looking for a hybrid and when I saw this one come up, I had to get it. Just over three years later, I love it as much as when I first purchased it. I have put 112,000 km (70,000 miles) on it since then and the only maintenance I have needed is oil changes and rear brakes. Very comfortable, more tech features than some newer cars, amazing stereo...it's literally perfect for me. Averaging 43 mpg in the summer and 39 mpg in the winter (Ontario, Canada). I still get compliments on the car all the time!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.
