He immediately grabbed the keys for multiple Bronco trims and colors I was interested in, making sure we could take our time and see exactly what fit our needs. As someone who?s been in sales, I appreciated how he asked all the right questions?focused on ensuring we got what we truly wanted while still moving the process forward efficiently. We ultimately landed on a black Bronco that had just arrived on the lot and hadn?t even been PDI?d yet. Scott apologized that it wasn?t cleaned up yet, but that didn?t bother us at all?it showed how new the vehicle really was. Scott kept the experience enjoyable, sharing stories and making us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I was recently stranded in Lebanon. This was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience. Being stranded is no fun. HOWEVER, thanks to the care, compassion, and professionalism of Brandy Perry, Desiree Dorris, and Robert Flietes, in particular, a very unpleasant experience was made much more tolerable. I had to have a new fuel pump and a new injection pump in a Dodge RAM 3500. Systematic troubleshooting identified the problems and they came up with a plan of action. A unplanned event was the defective injection pump that arrived and they had to work around that while trying to get me back on the road. Due to this event, it required extra time. No fault of their own. They were very supportive throughout the whole process. From the first time my truck was towed into the facility, they set me up with a rental for local transportation while getting through the repair process. My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond the mere requirements of their respective jobs to help me. Compassion...Care...Professionalism!

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

After searching for a truck for months, I found the one I wanted online at Miracle. After communication with Brian, I decided to purchase from him instead of my home town dealership in Texas that has had my business for years. Brian is one of the nicest salesmen that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. (and I don't like pushy salesmen) He was very compassionate about what I was wanting, and forthcoming about the whole process. He gave me a great deal, and even had the truck delivered. I spoke with Michael about the financing paperwork, and he was very honest and open. He went over everything with me so that I had absolutely no questions. Even got me a better rate! Best buying experience ever!! I highly recommend Miracle to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.
