Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I have 2014 Ecoboost titanium, lots of recalls, going on 240 thousand miles on it ,routine maitainance ,but last wk turbo went out , so I must be one of the lucky ones hoping to hit the 300 mark

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. Bought my 2014 in Oct. 2013. Have had problems with rear brake callipers but no other problems. It have 2.0 eco boost. Very responsive. Fuel economy hyw. 7.8litres/100 km city 11.8 l/100km. Road noise and back seat are my only complaints

Love the vehicle just wish because we decided to have a plug-in hybrid that we didn't have to give up so much trunk/cargo space. Right now also having a transmission issue but the vehicle does have over 200,000 miles on it and it is 12 years old. Still would buy it again.

We have owned a 2012 explorer since it was brand new. Lots of room for cargo. Lots of leg room Powerful We do routine oil changes on it Amd fix whatever needs tending to…..Our yearly to year and a half maintenance that needs doing is rear bushings that run about 350 The paint chipped on the front hood a few years back but no rust there yet. I am starting to notice a bit of rust starting down by driver door probably from salt from the roads in our Canadian winters. But it handles amazing on ice and snow (with winter tires of course). Driver door rear has started to unstitch. The original Headlights were phenomenal to see down our dark deer filled hiways. However we changed them out and they are not in comparison to what we had. We also just changed our brakes. For having 282+ KMs in it. I will be driving it until it drops

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

Bought my 2013 edge limited in 2014 new. Have replaced the catilitic converter but no problems at all. Has 106k miles. Everything works perfectly. Thought about getting a new car but it runs so well. Get 21 mph average. Put Lucas gas treatment in both of my Fords and all well and good. Have 3.5 liter. It’s very fast when needed.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. I've known the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE for the last 10 years, got it new back in 2013, it's at 168,300+ miles at the moment. Not fancy by any means, but the seating isn't bad if you're under 6 feet tall, for example I'm 5'5" and I have decent leg room and headroom, no one else but the driver gets an armrest, for entertainment it has Bluetooth and the speakers are nice, it gets the job done of going from A to B safely without costing an arm and a leg. Small eco cars of course may not favor well in accidents but that's countered by the cheap value, which is great for safe drivers who may not have deep pockets. 35MPG with 12 gallon tank gets you roughly 400 miles full at the 15K price range these days while being fairly reliable, can't really be beat. Only thing I've had to do is change out an electrical board piece, the caliper belt, brakes, battery and the tires, but that's just what it takes to keep a vehicle going long term. One thing I have noticed though is that the transmission has a tough time changing gears when you're at a stop and trying to accelerate out of the first gear, but after that it's smooth sailing. It's been doing that no worse or better for at least a year now, just a quirk at this point. Don't wanna waste any big money on a big part like that if it only happens in low speed conditions where it's safe to be quirky.

I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.
