I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

Great solid and comfortable car to drive. There was a bit of a learning curve getting used to the visability when backing up and Changing lanes but now that I'm used to it I'm more comfortable. Just find that this car might be more difficult to drive for a new driver or more inexperienced drivers.

My apologies for the delayed review. I bought my car from Joe at Via Auto Sales back in July 2024. The whole experience from my initial contact, to picking up the vehicle was fantastic. Now, ive had over 30 vehicles in my life thus far. Bought and traded in every time. Hence, i know dealerships. I know the games, i know the process, etc. Via Automotive is one of the few dealers that makes the car buying process simpe, easy and hassle-free. Via Auto is a small little shop, there are not a big dealership. However, these are the places that stay in business because they dont see you as one of a thousand people, they see you and know you personally. Good form Joe. Hi, 👋 I am currently an owner of a 2012 ford fusion SE & I can assure you that I feels very fortunate to have such an amazing reliable vehicle as I do now ! Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.

Although I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle due to corrections required on my car fax sheet. Bob is patient, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Lastly he exposed an unfavorable deal from another dealer that had interest in my vehicle which I am grateful for.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about Brian. In years past when I used to buy all my vehicles else where. It seemed like the rapport, service, and vip treatment ceased once I signed the deal. The salesman & sales manger didn't know me once I drove off the lot! But with Allan and particularly Brian it is a totally different experience! Recently my wife was rear -ended in her brand new Forte GT LINE. Even though you don't have a body shop , when I called Brian he was happy to speak to me. He was concerned for my wife's safety and well-being. Brian and Allan were both very helpful in assisting us in getting our new parts on our GT Line re-coated with Zurich. They handled they insurance company and Brian set up my appointment at Matthews. Brian took what was an annoyance as well as a cumbersome situation and made it pleasant for us! Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

The reason I'm giving Kaplan 5 Stars is I had gotten sick and couldn't keep my appointment. I didn't send them a email but didn't hear back. But in all my year and I'm 65.. This business took time to talk with. I am hoping we touch base soon. If a Dealership spends time talking and understanding. This someone I want to do business with.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

We bought our 2016 Ford Escape new in 2015. it has been a great vehicle and trouble free the entire time.We currently have approximately 155000 miles on the vehicle and would certainly buy another Escape.It still looks and runs as new and everyone thinks it's a new car even now.

I have my 2007 Fusion since new, now with 300K miles on it. Other than normal maintenance I've only had to replace the alternator. Great car and looking forward to hitting 500K miles in it.
