I've bought over a dozen cars and this was the fastest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. From the time I said "I'll take it" to the time we drove it off the lot was less than a half hour. In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

I just bought a 2016 Volvo S60 from Zimmerman’s and I have to say Ahmed made the entire experience so pleasant and easy to understand. Right from the start , I could tell he is very honest & genuine. Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

We tow a 35' fifth wheel travel trailer, which can be fully loaded to 17k, at least once every 3 to 5 weeks for a minimum of about 300 miles round- trip. We have had zero problems while towing and have done little more than standard maintenance on it. We bought new in 2012 and currently have a little more than 108k miles on it. This is the first year that we have had to spend some money on repairs, but it is nothing that I have not heard of from a diesel truck of its age and mileage. I am glad I sprung for the King Ranch version (I actually could not find a dealer on the west coast states that had an XLT with Fx4) as this is the first vehicle that we have owned longer than 5 years or 55k miles. We love our f-450 and hope to see at least 500k miles without too much trouble. As far as mpg goes, our truck does not seem to care of it is towing 5k pounds or 20k pounds, the mpg seems to remain the same. Doing a u-turn in our f-450 is a dream compared to our previous 2004 f-250, much tighter turning radius with an easy one hand touch instead of two difficult hands from our f-250.

Here is a condensed version of a long story: On Friday 1/12/2024, 300 miles from home on a 700 mile trip to NC, our 2011 Hyundai with 254,000 miles lost the alternator, battery, belt and tensioner on I-81. Quickly pulling off of the exit before she died we came to a stop in the parking lot of Parsons Interstate Ford in Shippensburg, PA. Even though it was only a couple of hours until closing, the service department got us in immediately to diagnose the problem and start the repair. In the interim, I walked over to sales to see what options we might have. Even with less than stellar credit, their team was able to accommodate us and put us in an immaculate 2017 Ford Explorer with only 50,000 miles at a fantastic price. We were able to continue our trip in our new car and picked up the repaired vehicle on Monday 1/15/2024. We cannot thank the staff of Parsons enough for helping us salvage our weekend. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Alan, Chris, Greg, Caleb, Patrick, and the rest of the team for saving us when we were in such a bad spot. I would highly recommend this business for all of your sales and service needs. I was so impressed that I would make the trip in the future to buy again. Thanks again guys, we love the truck. I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

i love this car. i bought mine private party in 2020 with 143k miles and all the bells and whistles. it’s got a comfortable, high tech interior, a good looking front end, and excellent gas mileage. i commute 80 miles a day in this thing i’m at 205k now and am starting to get some mechanical issues. i’m definitely fixing whatever the issue is. it will be cheaper and better than owing money on a newer car that’s not as fancy that i don’t already 💗 if you’re going to buy one of these, i recommend getting one with over 100k miles. this model year has some serious transmission issues causing some of them to fail at around 70k miles. if it’s made it significantly past 70k, it’s either a good one or it’s had the transmission replaced previously.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.
