I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

The Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi is a wonderful vehicle. Our “company” previously had Crown Vic’s. Ford came out with a pursuit variant of the Energi, and I was assigned to drive it. As I recall, we bought 10 of them. They were very durable. I liked the car so much, that after I retired I bought one. On a trip from Arizona to California, I can get 50 mpg. Or I can run around town in Electric mode for about 35 miles. There are 2 caveats to point out. Certain 2019 and 2020 cars are under a recall, and the trunk is very small. 2 sets of golf clubs is all that will fit. I have seen gasoline at the $7.99 level, in Needles, CA, so the hybrid aspect of this car is very helpful. I can go about 625 miles on a full tank, and a full charge.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

This truck Is the best purchase I have ever made. My first truck was a '79 F350, then I sold that to get a Crosstrek but I quickly realized I needed a bigger vehicle so I started looking at mid sized trucks and the 4Runner. The 2019 lariat Fx4 with 50k miles on it cost me the same amount as a base model 2015 tacoma with over 100k miles so to me the decision was easy to make. I needed to take this truck to move me and all my stuff entirely across the country from San Diego, up to the Canadian boarder in Glacier National Park, and then to chapel hill North Carolina. Not once did this truck give me any issues and I took it on multiple challenging off-road trails in moab and even completed one jeep trail. (although the jeep trail left me with my first ding on the back bumper) It absolutely blew me away to say the least. Never had issues passing like some tacomas often do, and the adaptive cruise control and lane assist worked excellent. I have a bulged disk in my lower back so its very hard for me to find a comfortable seat for long drives but even after days of 14 hours behind the wheel, I had absolutely no back pain so I felt more than ready to attack the hikes on the trip unlike my subaru. I cannot say enough good things about this truck. Its tough, extremely comfortable, powerful for a 4cyl, great on gas compared to all other midsize trucks, and gave me absolutely ZERO issues while being pushed to its limits both off road and on long journeys. If you're in the market for a midsize truck, you're doing yourself a disservice to not take a good hard look at this truck.
