Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

On the 14 March 2024 I called Alexander Ford, to get my 2020 ford F450 serviced. They said come in early cause the get really busy. Showed up 0630hrs, parked in the wrong spot in the quick lub and went inside. Truck has full warranty ++. I told them where the truck was, told them I would move it. Service guy said don't worry we take care of it. At 0930hrs they call my name, truck done and they washed it. I am a full time RVer from Ontario Canada. I was abit shock they washed it, cause that was my next stop. They changed some filters that I was told from other dealers weren't cover. Looking at the time, one may think 3hrs that quite awhile. They had fresh coffee on, the sitting area was awesome. To be honest it didn't free like a long time to me(but I am retired lol). They explained the report on my truck, to me and sent me on my way. The truck looked amazing, black is hard to clean, so hats off to Alexander Ford. Excellent experience will definitely be back next year. Thanks Again

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

Had a great experience buying my 2020 F-250 from these guys. They made the process fast and easy and gave me a good deal on my trade in. After i left the lot i noticed there was an issue with the mirror adjustments so i went back. They said they would order new ones and just told me to bring it back when it arrived an they would take care of it

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I would like to write a review for the excellent service I received from Gabriel Urbizo in the tire department. He is the Quick Lane Manager and he did an excellent job in finding my specialized and difficult to locate tires and getting a full set of them in less than 24 hours to replace my old ones and also do a complete balance and alignment job to get me ready to go again. Gabriel is a personable, kind, helpful and happy person it is a pleasure to work with. He took care of me immediately and followed up with me throughout the time it took to remove the old tires and get the new ones balanced and aligned and put on my truck. He also found my jack and tire replacement tools which were in my car but which I had no idea where! With employees like Gabriel taking care of customers you can be sure I will be coming back to the dealership. I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

Yep, it's big. It's a 2-in-1 vehicle that I jokingly call a caruck. The grandkids love it and so do my wife and I. I wanted one with an 8' bed, but that one wouldn't fit in the garage, so I settled for a 6.5 bed. The F-150 is comfortable, easy to drive, and gets surprisingly good gas mileage. That mileage drops a bit when towing. I use mine for family and for managing the farm. My only slight hangup is that I can't figure out how to handle the air conditioning for the back seat occupants. On a side note, I think city planners and architects were planning on things downsizing and this thing is anything but downsized. It fits almost everywhere and when it doesn't, it fits almost always somewhere close enough. I love it and would definitely buy another one.

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .
