Recently the department installed roof roof rails on our 2017 CRV. The work was professionally done in minimal time at reasonable expense. Our service rep, Chris Hughes, did an exceptional job keeping us apprised of status. He's personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. The type service rep you'd want working in your service department. We even use the Serra Honda service department for our second vehicle, a Mazda.

This truck is one of the best. I had a GMC before this and there is no comparison. I love this truck and will keep for long time.

I am 67 years old and I have purchased many cars in the past. Moreover, I think Honda Civic is one of best cars to own. In 2008 I purchased a new Honda Civic LX Now in 2022 it still runs like a new one with 258804 miles on it. Remember, take care of your new car and your car will take care of many miles of care free happy miles. Change your oil and air filter often. Good dealership and maintenance department. Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! Im giving this place 5 stars because there was no hassle what so ever! These people are different from the giant dealership system where they send you from person to person. I have mostly driven big cars gran torino, Montecarlo, deville,town car.This is my first sports car and it's a blast to drive 2012 mustang gt kona blue. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to drive a performance car Lots of fun.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Pretty easy process for us. We knew what we were already going to be looking at because we really wanted a hybrid. We bought it used but the dealership did a really good job inspecting it and making sure it not a lot was wrong with it. If it weren't for the smoker who was in it last I think the headliner would be cleaner but otherwise the car was in good shape inside. There were a few dings here and there on the outside. The car drives and runs really smooth and overall was happy.

Overall ratings are awesome. Very good vehicle's!! Styling exterior design, turbo engine good gas mileage. Comfortable seats heated. Good size cargo area. Reliability, good value reputation.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. The paperwork took some time but now I see why. We are very happy with the car but a few issues came up....brake fluid was low causing the brake pedal too pulse. A quart too much engine oil. Windshield fluid was empty.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

We bought our 2016 Ford Escape new in 2015. it has been a great vehicle and trouble free the entire time.We currently have approximately 155000 miles on the vehicle and would certainly buy another Escape.It still looks and runs as new and everyone thinks it's a new car even now.
