This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

Car is very comfortable, the ride is smooth. With the plug in, can get to work and back without using gas!! The truck is small because of the battery, but actually is high so we still use it for travelling.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

There has been a 2011 Taurus SHO in my family since 2013 it was purchased with 10,000 miles and now has 140,000 these cars are great they have good power they're decent to drive and they're mainly designed for Highway driving. Plenty of power considering it's a 90° V6 it sounds not terrible and it can haul xxx the reason cops use them the infotainment in the early cars pretty much anything sync 2 is outdated and it feels that way however it's not unusable. The rest of the Interior is decent you still have some cheap feeling Ford Plastics but the seats and most things you touch are decent to sit in and deal with especially if you're a bigger person. There is a lot of space we have fit full vacations including me and my two siblings on many trips to Florida and Texas however it is a not all Sunshine rainbows. As for maintenance these cars tend to eat brakes quicker and we have had to replace all the piping to the turbo as it got filled with oil this car also received a catch can on top of oil changes every 5,000 miles, coolant flush every 15 to 20k and Trans Fluid every 30,000. You cannot talk about this car without the elephant in the room that being the water pump if you don't want to change the water pump don't buy this car go buy a Honda Accord my family bit the bullet and paid to get it done at 110,000 it's done now we don't need to worry the car has been great if you're not afraid of doing maintenance I would recommend this car they're cheap

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!
