I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

They held the car I liked and gave me time to save up for the down payment. There were a few issues with the Jeep in the first 3 weeks (the check engine light went on for a few different reasons) but when I brought it to them they fixed each problem as quickly as they could and gave me some advice on how to maintain the car better moving forward. After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

I have been shopping around for months for a 2020 Ford F150 Lariat trying to find a clean truck. I saw they had one listed for a few days I was in contact with the dealership immediately. I went to see the truck it was exactly what I was looking for. Zack helped me out tremendously. They have their fees like every other dealer but their fees were very reasonable compared to others.
