Have owned three Fusion's over the years. One gas Fusion Titanium and two Fusion Energi plug in hybrids. All were GREAT vehicles! Comfortable, drove and rode well, only routine maintenance/service required and very good in the snow. Ford discontinuing this car was a HUGE mistake! Wake up Dearborn Michigan!

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

Thanks again to John Hughes and the entire service team for replacing the stabilizer shock on my one ton truck. With my failing back it?s great to know I have a backup plan that won?t cost me an arm and a leg.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

I had a very good car buying experience at Cars For You. I saw a truck in line and went to look at it. Pat came out and greeted me. He seemed very friendly. I asked if I could drive the truck. He immediately said yes, took a copy of my license, and handed me the key. He allowed me to drive the truck alone. He said that he did not have to ride along. There was no pressure, no attempt to update me to a more expensive vehicle. He did not seem shady or slimy like the stereotypical "used car salesman". Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

After a few days of back and forth communication with Garrett, I made the trip from south of Kansas City to Cameron. It was well worth the little drive!!! Garrett was very personable, NO PRESSURE, and VERY PATIENT! I was deciding between 3 vehicles, he answered all my questions and did not try to persuade or rush me! Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.
