Purchased this Fusion from a guy that won it in Fords 47 mpg picture contest. It has been the most Reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It had maybe 30 miles on it when I purchased in Jan 2013 and now has 154000 miles as of 8/2023. Still has original 12 v battery. Lifetime average mpg has been about 43 mpg. On my 3rd set of tires and only did rear brakes and rear camera replacement.

Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.

I was moving to Seattle from abroad. My brother found a car that was perfect for me on Del Sol's website. He spoke with Luis in sales and Luis was able to work it out that I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle as I traveled. When I arrived, the process was clean and quick. Everything was exactly as Luis had promised my brother. It was the easiest car buying experience I could imagine! And Robin, the finance manager was great also. Didn't try to push or sell me things I didn't need. Overall, the experience of buying at Del Sol was terrific.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Sometimes the salesman really makes all the difference in the world. I've hated car dealerships since I was a kid. So When my car was totaled by a dude paying no attention for his yield left turn, I was very unenthused to make my way to energy auto sales to look at used cars within the budget of the insurance replacement. We came looking for a sedan of similar capabilities to the car I lost but it was square peg round hole enough that even Vasco, energys sales guy picked up on it. But this is where a great salesman made all the difference in both our experience and my opinion. Vaso listened to our story, really listened, and conversed with us until he found us in a suv. If someone'd told me that I'd be leaving with an suv I'd have laughed at their absurdity. But Vasco listened, Vasco suggested, and he was right. My wife had wanted an SUV for years, but it never felt like the right time. Now she has left happy with a dream come true, I have left happier as it feels like I'm not an the exit side of this accident (that i couldn't have avoided) with a car payment for something equal or lesser to what I had already paid off prior to the accident. And all for a price and experience that took very little time and an immensely pleasurable sales experience without all the balancing on a pole and haggling like a saudi market. If I ever find myself having to purcahse a car again in the near future, I'll be coming back to energy auto. The hour drive is well worth not feeling like I'm negotiating with a coyote.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

My ranger was purchased used, it replaces my 97 Ranger which I owned for 20 yrs til it was totalled @ 370,000 miles. Only major component failure was rear end dif at approximately 200,000 miles and it still ran strong at time of wreck. Prompting me to set my sights on another Ranger to buy. My 2009 is 2.3l (as was my 97) w/auto trans (97 was manual), owned now for 2.5yrs I have to say I'm VERY surprised at the 09's performance which I expected to be a bit sluggish compared to my 97 as it was a reg cab and the 09 is supercab (which should weigh more?) but happy to report that I'm loving my 09 even more. This truck accelerates very well and seems to be cut from the same cloth as my 97 which was the most reliable ride I've owned and at age 60 I've owned more than a few. Before I reach my limit of 500 words, I'm a big fan of the Ranger: easy to maintain, fun driving, handles much like a sports car, looks great with a little customization, I could go on, but you get the idea!

I bought a pre-owned Ford Ranger from Pierre Ford and I am very happy with the quality of the car and the price I paid for it. When I needed to bring it back for a repair, they took care of everything and provided a loaner car for me while it was being fixed. The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

Everybody I dealt with was very pleasant . Salesman, George, Sales manager, and the finance manager were exceptionally nice. Everything was relaxed. No pressure! Excellent team!

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

There has been a 2011 Taurus SHO in my family since 2013 it was purchased with 10,000 miles and now has 140,000 these cars are great they have good power they're decent to drive and they're mainly designed for Highway driving. Plenty of power considering it's a 90° V6 it sounds not terrible and it can haul xxx the reason cops use them the infotainment in the early cars pretty much anything sync 2 is outdated and it feels that way however it's not unusable. The rest of the Interior is decent you still have some cheap feeling Ford Plastics but the seats and most things you touch are decent to sit in and deal with especially if you're a bigger person. There is a lot of space we have fit full vacations including me and my two siblings on many trips to Florida and Texas however it is a not all Sunshine rainbows. As for maintenance these cars tend to eat brakes quicker and we have had to replace all the piping to the turbo as it got filled with oil this car also received a catch can on top of oil changes every 5,000 miles, coolant flush every 15 to 20k and Trans Fluid every 30,000. You cannot talk about this car without the elephant in the room that being the water pump if you don't want to change the water pump don't buy this car go buy a Honda Accord my family bit the bullet and paid to get it done at 110,000 it's done now we don't need to worry the car has been great if you're not afraid of doing maintenance I would recommend this car they're cheap

My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !
