This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Our buying experience was Excellent! We expected the same nonchalance, bordering on disinterested attitude we’d been receiving while truck searching. Instead we received above and beyond expectations and accommodation from Michael’s Auto. Our salesman, Johnny Torre, paid close attention to our wants and concerns and was extremely helpful and considerate. Johnny, representing the dealership, realized we were having difficulty securing a way to pick up the vehicle. He graciously offered to have an associate come get us! I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

Bought a 10 year old Sienna mini van. I found them to be informed about the cars they are selling and up front about the condition. The cars are priced on the high end, but they made necessary repairs before the purchase and financed new tires. Three months in, a part that needed to be replaced was covered. Mike S did not pressure and was open to answering questions.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

If you need a ford of any kind this is the place to purchase and service. I purchased two broncos from this dealership without even driving up from westchester county NY. They are true to there word and offered me the best deal. I was so impressed with their professionalism, sincerity and I bought another bronco . But , this time I made the drive to Albany just to meet everybody and grab an oil change. It was a great time. Go snd meet the DePaula staff and I guarantee you .
