Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I was thrilled with my new to me car and happily drove it for two months when the steering failed. Just after the lemon law period expired. When I called McGee I was connected with Travis and he got my car in for diagnostics the next day. Travis’s commitment to excellence in service was above and beyond what I expected. The service department is run like no other I’ve ever seen or experienced before. This dealership is top notch and all of their employees are kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable . Not only did McGee get my car fixed and back on the road but they took care of the bill even though I know they were not legally required to. Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Our buying experience was Excellent! We expected the same nonchalance, bordering on disinterested attitude we’d been receiving while truck searching. Instead we received above and beyond expectations and accommodation from Michael’s Auto. Our salesman, Johnny Torre, paid close attention to our wants and concerns and was extremely helpful and considerate. Johnny, representing the dealership, realized we were having difficulty securing a way to pick up the vehicle. He graciously offered to have an associate come get us! I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Bought a 10 year old Sienna mini van. I found them to be informed about the cars they are selling and up front about the condition. The cars are priced on the high end, but they made necessary repairs before the purchase and financed new tires. Three months in, a part that needed to be replaced was covered. Mike S did not pressure and was open to answering questions.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.
