Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

We have continuously used two Ford Excursions for a number of years. They are both meticulously maintained at a price of around $2500 annually. The each have around 190,000 miles now. They have perfect paint and interiors and run perfectly. I occasionally think of buying a new Expedition but the Excursions are 10X better than Suburban, Expedition, and slightly better than the LWB Range Rovers. The wife and kids love these vehicles as do our friends and extended family. Why cant Ford put these back into production. This vehicle and the 2004 Mustangs (We own 3 of these too) are the best vehicles ever made in the world in the 20th and 21st centuries

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. yes I have the 2011 F450 Guinee pig, as I call it. I have really had min. issues. One time the pressure box for the Turbo blew the ring off at the connection portion of it? Still don't know why, Bad mold? Turbo issue? They fixed it for fee, Now mind you my Truck is low miles owned straight from Factory. I currently have about 76000 miles on it. Not to long ago the engine light came on, I pulled over and looked under the hood. Everything was full, and engine light did not flash what was wrong nor looking at the computer part of the gages told me what was up. I figured I have an extended warranty my husband said drive it home. Drove it up to Ford. They ran their code on it. and the heating element for the DEF tank, was going out. It hadn't completely gone out. But going. That is 1000.00 fix thankfully my extended warranty covered it. with a 100 dollar deductible, July 5 I took it into Ford Quick Lane. had the oil and all the filters changed. I drove it up to Woodland Ca and back. Thankfully what happened yesterday didn't happen on the 10 hour turn around. I had to go get something Big so I pulled my truck up to wash it off. Turned off the hose. I could hear something running like a cow peeing of a flat Rock. I looked and about then it died. as a safety Code went off. I popped the hood, turned on the key aux and fuel was spraying out of the Fuel filter. and the cap seal portion. spraying is an under statement. It was coming out like a high pressure Hose with no end. Dumped a tank a fuel in a matter of seconds. Had it towed up to Ford. and They tried to give this spill of we had to order a part, and we will have to take off the manifold to get to a hose which is ran under the manifold. Ya they have plastic manifolds. Big Job as they said. I said well my truck better not have any issues after this. You guys messing with things under my hood. Oh it will be fine! No Fine isn't good enough. I want the engine compartment Degreased as well as the undercarriage. I better not have any issues with wiring components, Or any other damage due to the diesel spraying all over! So will see. I have not had but three things happen on this truck. Since 2011

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.
