I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Thank you to Bryan and Ira at Garnet Ford for your excellent service. Y car battery died, and after Ford roadside Assistance jumped my car, I took it Garnet. Bryan made sure my car was carefully inspected for issues that may have caused the battery to die, as the battery was only a year old.. When none was found, they replaced the battery. Both Ira ( service manager) and Bryan ( service technician ) were polite, professional and knowlefgsble. Kudos to Garnet Ford to employing these fine men.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

I own my third navigator, they are absolutely best suv made!!! Any way I was having a horrible problem with my steering while driving, we were going to Nc/sc , doing 70 mph with a trailer and then the steering wheel spun to left but wheels stayed straight!!! Almost killed us on i95 in Virginia!!! I was praying that it never happened again and of course I got xxxx luck!!! So we made sure when it happened again that it would be on video!!! Reason for video is we used to go to Springfield Lincoln, it was our second Lincoln dealer in 40 years!!! Chapman/sheehy Lincoln was first dealer they went out of business!!! So when we told Springfield ford first time they laughed at us said it wasn’t possible!!! That was service manager!!! Nice huh!!! So that’s why my son and I had it video from our attorneys video that they have set up on entire suv!!! We had a video now of 3xs in 10 days!!! Even after they watched videos they called up to Lincoln cause Springfield had no idea , they told me it has to crash or come up on computer before they will help us!!! Wow I have paid cash for all of my Lincoln’s!!! Gave owned 3 towncars, 1 mark 8, 2 navigators, 1 mercury cougar, 1 aviator!! With all of this u would think they would treat you better!!!! Springfield Ford is the worst, horrible with customers, and mechanics or lot person damaged dash and it was on video, asked the person if they had by accident damaged anything in vehicle??? Said to me absolutely nothing damaged!!! Then showed him video of him scratching the computer area, his expression said it all!!! Now for Carmen Lincoln all I can say is tytytytytytytytytyty Jesus!!! Think u get the picture!!! As soon as I explained everything that we told Springfield Ford, the service manager did his magic and fixed entire vehicle!!! When I say the day went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my family had a safe vehicle to drive is an understatement, the service manager kept me abreast the entire way of fixing the vehicle, Springfield Ford couldn’t be bothered did not care if we crashed or not it was so bad with Springfield Ford did I actually contact the attorneys gave them all the text and voice messages from Springfield Ford and had something happened to my family the lawyers were able to sue the living xxxx out of Springfield Ford and Lincoln for putting us in danger !!!!’ The absolute best Lincoln dealership in tristate area is without a doubt Carmen Lincoln , If you want honest good people skilled people then you go to Carman Ford Carman Lincoln and they will take care of you I would not trust many other people now because of Springfield Ford, then here comes Carman Lincoln to the rescue!! The service manager absolutely said he was not giving the truck back until it was fixed and he was true to his word Carman Lincoln is the only place to buy Lincoln ‘s and to take them to get them fixed you will never be happier and that’s a promise!!!! My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

The service department is fast and very helpful. They fully explained what was needed and got it done in one day. The benefit of a shuttle service is an added plus!

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

The staff and mechanics were very professional and friendly. My car is running GREAT! They have done all my maintenance work on my car and I just love them.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

Everyone involved was friendly, polite and helpful. I took my Nissan in for routine maintenance but had an additional problem. They fixed it with no questions asked. It gave me peace of mind.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.
