BUT Nalley GMC made my car shopping a quick and painless experience without the feeling of being rushed. Everything was taken care of online and when I went in to sign and pickup my vehicle I was in and out in under an hour.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

4 minutes ago All I can say that this dealership goes up and beyond when it comes to service . I’m from New York State. I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him. Also a final thank you to all at Murray ford that helped us from beginning to end

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! They offered me the best price on my trade, beating all other dealerships within a 100-mile radius by over $2,000 dollars, and they offer the best selection of financing my purchase, and they even threw in an extended warranty on the vehicle, and on my tires and rims for the life of my loan. Jake, my salesman, was top-notch and should really get a raise for all the hard work he did on my behalf! The finance manager was top-notched too! Just all the way around, Nalley GMC of Brunswick hit everything a customer could ask for, and more! They even threw in a few Nalley GMC ballcaps, and a Nalley GMC polo shirt for FREE with my purchase of the GMC Sierra and some running boards and front license plate bracket. The only thing they could have done better would be to have thrown in an extra polo shirt for my wife to wear! We love Nalley GMC and we want to show off our pride of ownership and we'll definitely be sending all of our friends and family to Nalley for their next auto purchase, and we plan on going back there when it comes time for our next auto purchase! Maybe you guys could ask the GM to throw in that Navy blue XXL Nalley GMC polo shirt so we can wear it with pride, or if not, then sell it to me. I'll be glad to pay for the shirt to get the privilege of showing off the dealership and in referring my friends and family to the Nalley GMC dealership in Brunswick.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Let me tell you a little story, I bought 2 new cars from Michael Garcia. A Ford Edge ST and a Ford Eco Sport. I live all the way in Springfield Ga ( Up 95 N, the last exit before entering South Carolina. ) about a 2 hour drive. The reason for the drive is not only for the best prices around, but also for the knowledge, experience, welcoming way my wife and I interacted with Michael. A year goes buy and a check engine light pops up on my Eco Sport and I reach out to Michael. He immediately scheduled a tow truck to pick up and deliver it to JC Lewis Ford in Savannah Ga It was the closest Ford dealership to my house. JC Lewis informs me that my fuel pump is bad. This is where the nightmare with JC Lewis begins. After telling me that it will be only a day or 2, im finally contacted a week later saying my engine was ruined. The Eco Sport only had 20k miles. JC Lewis says they need to see what can be done after hinting that I would be responsible for to cost. Even while having a full bumper to bumper warranty. I ask for a rental and am told they don't have any. 2 weeks go by with no progress no retal no loaner. I relay all this to Michael and I'm immediately contacted by a car rental company saying Michael has lined up a rental for me. He says he will see what he can do. Even though my car wasn't even at his dealership, Michael works with me to open a case with Ford Corporate. Long story short, Corporate finds all fault with JC Lewis and gets the warranty work done while having to give a daily update to me and my rep from Corporate. After a moth, I finally get the car back but after the whole ordeal with JC Lewis my wife no longer trust the Eco Sport. Back to Michael I reach out to. He works with us for hours over the next few days answering all of our questions, digging through inventory all around trying to find cars that my wife would like, and even works dozens of different quotes for many many cars. We finally find one that is perfect and Michael remembers that my wife is in the military from our previous deal and does 99% of the work before we even get there hours later. When we arrive in Kingsland we see my wife's brand new 2022 Ford Edge cleaned, polished, and parked under the awning with my wife's name printed on a banner that says VIP and placed on the windshield. My wife was so excited seeing her new car shinning beautifully with her name on it. Then to her surprise most all paperwork was done by Michael and we only needed a few signatures. After about an hour, she is on her way extremely happy in her new car with a full tank of gas. Im sitting at Murray Ford today for a service on my Edge ST and wanted anyone who reads this that no matter how much gas is, I will gladly drive the 2 hours here and 2 hours home to have our vehicles looked after by Murray Ford. Why? I've lost ALLLLLL trust and respect for JC Lewis. I will come here because here I am treated like family, I trust that my vehicles will be taken care of and my time and money is respected. I feel welcomed here at Murray. These people actually care about everyone who walks through their doors. If you want to be treated like a person with your own life story and respected instead of being seen as a cash grab then I can not recommend enough that you take the time to give these reps to earn your business. Ill only shop from here from now on. I urge you to ask for Michael Garcia. Teel him that you read this review. This guy deserves all the respect for all he has done for me and my family. I pulled up to the dealership, and was greeted by a gentleman named Preston Googe. we walked inside, and I begin to tell him I wanted a pre owned Acadia they had, and would be using it to pull my trailer as well which weighed about 4500 pounds loaded. he informed me the vehicle wasn't rated for that amount, gave me some recommendations and I left in a pre-owned expedition! I only wanted to look at the Acadia that day, and had no intentions of buying immediately, but this young man was so professional, I would have trusted him with my life. I later researched everything he told me, and he hit the nail on the head every time! GREAT JOB KINGS, AND ESPECIALLY GREAT JOB PRESTON!!

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Once I started looking at vehicles Eric Tucker introduced himself and let me tell you he can break the ice and make you feel welcome. The entire team was awsome and made the deal painless and felt no stress during the entire process. I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.
