I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

Walked in after seeing a nautilus online. From inception they were up front and honest. I looked at a few models aside from the one I went to see and test drove them. I never felt pressured and they truly wanted to help me make the right choice. I purchased the car I saw online and the process was great. No hidden fees or pressure for warranties or other add ones. Drove the car home the next day and they had done a few small things they had promised. Car has been great.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Mullinax of NSB. Our salesman, Jack T, was phenomenal. He answered all our questions, and was never pushy or overbearing. He was even patient enough with us to help us with purchasing a new truck over a used one. We do love our new truck, and the better interest rate the manager was able to get. The truck itself, being brand new (2024) had swirls in the paint all over the truck, and several scratches and scuffs in the interior and the exterior on one of the mirrors. I haven’t had the chance to detail it myself yet to see if some marks on the paint will come off or if those are scratches/chips too. I noticed most of them before we left the parking lot with our new truck. Jack asked that we take pictures to document anything else we found. We are waiting to have some accessories installed per the manager for the damage found.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

He worked with me to give me the best mutually beneficial deal he could. A little to be expected back-and-forth, but it was an honest and transparent exchange nonetheless. Incredibly, even after I took possession of my newly purchased but previously used car, I discovered an issue the next day which they could have easily denied responsibility for. They not only "owned up" to it, they did everything they could to get it taken care of post haste. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Once again, the Gunther service team has far exceeded expitations. I stopped by the Gunther Volvo service department yesterday to inquire about a recent over-the-air update to my car that did not appear to be working correctly. Jerry from service, took one look at it and agreed. Then without my asking, he said they could correct the problem right now if I had the time to spare. I said go ahead and in less than one hour, the software in my Volvo was updated/corrected, car washed, and I was on my way. Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Customer service was great. Staff was very attentive to all my needs. I appreciate and thankful for the attention to detail. Maybe next time throw in a quick wash.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

The salesperson could read my mind! Finances were easy to set up. And I had plenty of time to shop around for financing. Time with car on road good also liked having no pressure return policy. Master technicians are very friendly and patient with customers.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

John was my salesman, Adam was the sales manager. I forget the name of the finance guy, but he was very nice too. This was one of the greatest dealer experiences I have ever had. First of all they have no dealer fee. The entire team went above and beyond. They all kept every single promise they made. John was very attentive to our needs. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.
