I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. I have to thank a certain person, Brandon Collins. He's the one that got the ball moving with all of this and the kindness just flows through that building. Thank you butler for being so great!

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I was nervous about driving it home as it is an older truck with higher miles. About 15 minutes into the trip my nerves evaporated and I enjoyed every minute of the drive home. The truck was smooth and steady. I absolutely love it and the experience was totally stress free. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

My husband and I made a 45 mile trip to Vitali to look at a few of their vehicles we saw online. The texting and emailing features were very useful for me. I am a busy person with very little time to “swing by” a dealer. The dealership worked with me on trade in value for my current vehicle and has stayed in contact even though I did not purchase the day I was in.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

When you invest the kind of money one does now days in a vehicle, you want a competent sales person who is patient and professional. On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. Noah made the process effortless and I will HIGHLY recommend Noah, Todd, Tyler and the rest of team at Butler's to anyone needing to trade or find the right fit. Great people, excellent customer service and I'll be calling them before anyone else when I'm ready to trade again.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I was looking for a used vehicle for my new job, as I would be driving long distances to eleven different counties. I did not trust my Spectra, so I was referred here. Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

We have purchased five vehicles from Miller over the years and have always been very satisfied. We stopped at the dealership and were greeted by Anthony Tanzini who answered all our questions about the Hyundai Tucson. We took a test drive and fell in love with the 2022 hybrid. Working with Anthony we struck a deal and picked up the new car this morning. Our experience with Anthony was enjoyable and he helped us without pressure unlike other dealerships and salespersons. All in all, a very enjoyable car buying experience.

My wife and I were shopping for a car to replace out totaled 2016 Prius V. We headed to Vestal to check out Matthews as they sell a few of the brands that we wanted to try out. We had a great experience with a sales rep at their Mitsubishi / VW dealership even though I didn’t fit into most of the cars we looked at. The salesman we were working with recommended we check out their Kia / Subaru store and called ahead for us. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Brian Chadwick and I’m happy to say everything worked out great. I explained what we were looking for and he took us to a bunch of vehicles so we could see how I fit into them. Eventually we test drove a 2020 Subaru Outback even though it wasn’t on our list and we loved it. We went back in and did the preliminary paperwork which was painless. There was no pushiness around the optional extras that they offered. Most importantly the price was very fair without having to do any kind of haggling. When all that we could do with Brian was finished for that evening we were passed onto one of the finance people who was also very nice, and again this was completely straight forward. No backroom sales pitches or any other junk that we’ve run into before. We came back the following Thursday to finish all the paperwork and take delivery of out new Outback. The process was very relaxed and if I can be honest, we left without feeling like we’d gone through what I’d call a normal car buying process. This was so far removed from any experience we’ve had in the past, we will definitely be coming back here the next time we need a replacement vehicle. If you’re looking for a car, I’d recommend the trip to Vestal to check them out and I definitely recommend working with Brian Chadwick.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
