I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

Was shopping for a used compact, MM had a 2010 Corolla S listing. Comms were with Bobby via email within an hour after I sent the inquiry. Came down the next day to check out out the car. Price was just discounted $500. No pressure from him which i liked a lot. I buy only new, maybe used is a different experience. He gave me the keys and space to do my inspection and test drive. When I got back, told him what I though of the car and he actually gave me his own honest thoughts on it as well which was appreciated and welcomed. Was even ready to deal if I was truly interested in the Corolla. The car just wasn't up to snuff for me (too slow and way to many miles) so I thanked him for his time but told him there is another car I was interested in and that I would be in contact. I came back a couple of days later unannounced. Again, professional demeanor from Bobby, told him I'd like to check out a Mazda 3. A much better...more like a superior car. Again, he gave me all the space and time in the world. Bought the car on the spot. He gave me breakdown and to be blunt, the guy's honesty doesn't match up to a typical car sales person experience. He explained everything to me and DMV process on used cars. No real issues with the Mazda, I do my own maintenance anyway so I had to change out a few things and to really determine the condition of the car. (Oil change, manual transmission gear oil change, and coolant drain and fill) I had 48 hours to let them know of any issues. None really were found, love my little hatchback. I loved my 2012 Raptor for 12 years and had only 1 issue when front wheel drive vacuum system started going out and needed new vacuum lines when it was almost 10 years old. The only reason I traded up was the new 2024 Raptor R is just that awesome!!

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

The buying process was easy. But it did help that I already went with a pre-approval letter and check from my credit union. The only dislike was the sell of warranties. If I'm buying a pre-certified used vehicle, I shouldn't have to buy another warranty to cover electrical if the original warranty is bumper to bumper!

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

This was literally the best, most smooth car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I had to drive about 40 miles to their dealership because they had the perfect car in stock, on the drive there I called them to ask if I can start the process now, in order to cut down time, since my drive was over an hour. Marvin sent me a credit app through text immediately and I filled it out. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Sara had already gotten approval from the bank. All I had left to do was sign and test drive and get the keys. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten approved and been out the dealership, not to mention…I have horrible credit! The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
