He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! This is my first Hybrid and it's fun to drive. The equipment includes; 17” Aluminum Wheels, Auto Headlights, Keyless Entry Pad, Leather heated front seats, Remote Start, Rain Sensing Wind Shield Wipers, Leather Wrapped Steering wheel with cruise and audio controls. The mirrors are powered and heated. The car has blind spot monitoring and it has a backup camera. The Audio is an AM/FM CD/MP3/Satellite Radio (Sirius) with an Audio Input jack. The Sony sound system has 12 speakers which delivers great sound. This has the regenerative braking system with traction control. You can find any location with the Navigation System with Voice commands with Point of Interest Locations. On a sunny day enjoy the powered Moon / Sun Roof. You can expect 41 MPG City and 36 MPG Highway. It sips gas!

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

Have owned three Fusion's over the years. One gas Fusion Titanium and two Fusion Energi plug in hybrids. All were GREAT vehicles! Comfortable, drove and rode well, only routine maintenance/service required and very good in the snow. Ford discontinuing this car was a HUGE mistake! Wake up Dearborn Michigan!

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

The Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi is a wonderful vehicle. Our “company” previously had Crown Vic’s. Ford came out with a pursuit variant of the Energi, and I was assigned to drive it. As I recall, we bought 10 of them. They were very durable. I liked the car so much, that after I retired I bought one. On a trip from Arizona to California, I can get 50 mpg. Or I can run around town in Electric mode for about 35 miles. There are 2 caveats to point out. Certain 2019 and 2020 cars are under a recall, and the trunk is very small. 2 sets of golf clubs is all that will fit. I have seen gasoline at the $7.99 level, in Needles, CA, so the hybrid aspect of this car is very helpful. I can go about 625 miles on a full tank, and a full charge.

Great first car in my opinion, I’ve had 2 fusions now. My second one 19’ SE ecoboost (current) does have its issues such as transmission problems that I’ve never had in my 16’ SE but it rides comfortably, looks good, very safe and puts down some good power for a 1.5 liter. When I got into my accident with the 16’ it was honestly not bad, solid hit but I barely moved and the car took the impact really well (airbags did not deploy) ford is really tough lol. I’m in love with this car and I hoping to transfer to fusion sport soon. Definitely a sleeper just wish it could look more aggressive

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.
