New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

Love driving this fun car. Maintenance has been an issue and will probably only get worse... Item: Like most modern cars, there are no grease points in the suspension. So when the little rubber boots that cover the joints rot away, there's no way to lubricate the suspension, and the parts start to grind against each other. Out $4k to replace the front and rear suspension. Had them do the struts too since they had to take everything else out. Item: Many parts no longer available. The accelerator pedal switches failed. No Ford or aftermarket replacement to be found. Good news: found one at a salvage yard. Bad news: it's the same age as the one it replaced. Item: Crack in the windshield? Stay away from any chain that rhymes with "Chafe-Bite." Replacing the windshield means removing the frame. Very few of their techs are trained on how to do this.

Great experience overall. Minivan was in great shape, detailed, and ready to drive. Salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

The message on my dash read, No Traction. All I needed was to change the spark plugs. Jeremiah, who inspected my car could have charged me for a repair I didn't need, but at Crivelli's they are very honest. The work done was very good. My car ran better than when I first purchased it used. KUDOS to Crivelli for their honesty and good service!!!!!

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND RUST WAS ALREADY SHOWING. Bought my 2019 in 4-2021. It only had 8700 miles on it, got it for 18k at Car Max. It was a fleet car; part of Covid sell off I guess. Retired now, drive around town with maybe 30% highway driving. Watch the EV/GAS indicator like a hawk; like driving a video game..my MPG; 48. The mileage is now at 48,700. Love the car, BATTERY LIFE is a major concern of mine. Done some research prior to buy on replacement battery; battery cost at that time from Ford dealer; ~$5800; recent check ~$10,500. After market batteries out there for less with warranties in the range of 12 months/15k according to auto/radio talk host. Local respected auto repair shop said the Toyata Prius hybrid batteries they had dealt with; they had replaced bad/weak cells instead of e tire battery; 2-3k...that was from 2021. At that time, no Fusions had been brought to them. The battery is my growing concern. If I keep this vehicle, what will it cost to have a battery replaced in the next 4-5 years? PLEASE NOTE: The NATIONAL radio talk show host did say, limit air-conditioning use; do not drive/brake like a wild-man. That would stretch out battery life. Original battery could go as far as 150k with sensible driving habits. Keep car from extreme temperature s; hot & cold. Still contemplating selling car now due to $$$$ in regards to battery not car performance.... LOVE THE CAR.....DREAD THE FUTURE BATTERY ISSUE.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!

This is the 3rd Taurus I have owned, and it's the best yet. It handles very good. It's faster than my previous Taurus, which was a 2010. I really like the fact that it has a CD player. I bought this one because the Taurus has always been very reliable. I gave my 2010 to my daughter with 130 thousand miles on it, and it still runs great. I don't understand why Ford stopped making this car.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

The discount and service has been amazing, and I was not pressured at any time to place the order. I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

Bought a 2006 BMW 330i convertible from Exceptional Motorcars in late Sept 2022. We found Frank to be exceptionally accommodating and honest. Not normally the definition of a used car dealer. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my 2003 Canary Yellow Ford Thunderbird!!! Believe me when I tell you that when it came to performance, style and comfort - I couldn't have made a better choice in a Roadster! I was 50 years old when I purchased my 17k miles beauty and sold it 16 years later..after clocking a total of 256k miles. What else can I say? Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Moe and Sam were great, friendly, honest and stayed after hours in order to meet with me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months in and around where I live (Pittsburgh, PA). After speaking to them about a car they had listed for sale, they stayed late. I drove a hour and a half to meet them. Drove the car, loved it. They held the car for me and I came back up to New Castle the following weekend and purchased the vehicle. They are also did my plates, title and registration all in one visit. They DO NOT charge any dealers fees to purchase from them which is a rare find and a pleasure to learn. If you are in the market for a great quality used car, go see them, it is worth the trip no matter how far you have to drive.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.
