After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I must say today I purchased my daughter a car from cortex auto sales and was very pleased they was super helpful and with me and my husband driving from almost 3 hours to purchase from them made us feel so comfortable and I will shop with them again as well as I been spreading the word to all my family. They made car shopping so easy thanks again cortex auto sales.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. I would like to share my experience here and dealing with Travis over the last week and a half. My wife and I contacted him about a 2017 Audi R8 on a Saturday that we were in Atlanta for a Braves game. I told him we were interested in looking at the car for potential purchase. It was last minute, but he told me "sure come on, the car is here, and you can check it out". We drove to see him and when we got there, he greeted us and introduced himself and showed the car to us. He offered to take me for a ride to check it out and was very pleasant to deal with. After we were done, he told me he would take care of getting the financing done and would try to get me the best deal possible. After staying in contact with him about the car for about a week, he delivered on his word of getting the financing done. My wife and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to spend the money or not. Even after being indecisive about the purchase, he stayed patient with us and wasn't pushy. So, we finally told him we would come get the car and sign the paperwork. Once we arrived, I asked him if we could check the car over really good one last time before signing. He was cool with it and because we were already approved and had insurance on it, he said, "here take it out for a spin and let your wife see what it's like and when you are done come back and let's talk." We really enjoyed the car and told him when we got back that we wanted to discuss everything over lunch and would give him the final answer after eating. Ater talking, there was just a few issues that were concerning to me about going forward with the purchase. To be honest, they may not have been big deals but for us purchasing a car like this for the first time we figured it would be best to wait until we find one that just made everything feel right. He understood and even offered to take care of the issues, but my wife and I just still weren't there on the car. As an owner of a European car repair shop there was just a few things that made me not want to go through with it. The R8 was beautiful and felt solid and like I said it was small things that probably wasn't a big deal, but they changed my mind. We didn't go through with the purchase, but it had nothing to do with Travis and how he conducted business. It was just mainly me being nitpicky on things. I never asked him to take care of the issues at all. He offered to do it. So, I must say coming from a business owner myself and dealing with customers on cars, I appreciate that a lot. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I would still consider purchasing an R8 from him if he were to get anymore that just makes my wife and I say, "yes this is the one for sure". I understand that everyone is going to have a different opinion about a business and their experience, and you can't please everyone all the time. I deal with it at my shop from time to time. I'm basing my review off of my personal experience here. Travis, if you read this man, we genuinely appreciate your time, professionalism and integrity. Thank you for being patient with us and I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal at the time.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

This was my third purchase from Terry Cullen Southlake Chevrolet. Excellent service. From the time you walk on the property you are greeted and all questions are answered in a manner of polite, respectful, and professional. When you walk in the door friendly greeting. I already knew my salesman from a previous purchase and I had called ahead. He helped me find the truck I was interested in. Walked me through the process and the financial Manager walked me through that process. When all things were completed, I walked out a happy customer.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I love my truck!!!! i have a 2013 F250 crew cab with the 6.7 diesel. Bought it with 114k and now it has 150k. It has been very reliable and I can trust it to go anywhere. There have been somethings that affect the 11-16 model years, and all 6.7 diesels. In the 11-16 model years, the body mounts WILL have to be changed if they haven't, Ford used xxxxty ones from the factory. If you option for the diesel, you WILL have to upgrade the cold side intercooler pipe, the factory on WILL fail, just a matter of when. Other than that, its a great truck, and they are truly built to last. Not bad for a truck that's almost 10years old

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.
