This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills Ford. I was strapped for cash and was only there for the $89 oil change but my bill came to $166. I questioned why the extra and was told they checked brakes and tried to rotate my tires but I stopped them as I have separate company tire service. I was upset. Also I needed to buy a $500 molding for the top trunk of my car. Eddie in Parts was helpful in refucing price and Ken Vasquez Dervice Manager promised me if I bought the part he would put it on for free He said it looked like a relativity simple job to “pop on”. I know he was trying to be helpful which I appreciated. I am a senior on a fixed income so I need to be careful when spending. But the molding needed to be put on so I charged it and was grateful for Ken’s offer to put it on no charge. It took almost two weeks for the part to arrive from Memphis. I received a call yesterday from Eddie in parts notifying me the $500 mpart just arrived. This was yesterday Dec 13. So i picked up the part and took it to Ken Vasquez, to follow up on his offer. I did not have an appointment, yet, Ken arranged for mechanic Bryan to put the part on free of charge. Given my dire financial circumstances, I was very appreciative. Ken was true to his word. He even made sure my car was washed. I am most grateful to both Ken Vasquez and Bryan for taking care of this for me. Ken was attuned to my financial distress and responded with grace, compassion and professalism. It is the holiday season. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I needed a new car in the middle of the "stay home". I was pleased to find that they were open as I only had minimal ideas what I wanted. We drove on the lot and I saw a model that took my breath away. We had a little problem getting in because they weren't expecting anyone but all safety procedures were applied gloves, masks etc. In the show room they another model on display which was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was could I afford it. I am widowed and retired. We sat down and worked on pricing and came up with a figure I will be able to manage. The rebates were more than the cost of outside financing so I went with the rebates although they did offer zero interest. I am very thrilled and happy with my new car. It's a shame I can't drive it more at the moment!

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

Such an amazing dealership! Found the car I wanted on Car.com and went to go check it out. Made a 2pm appointment with Zora for inspection and test drive. Upon pulling up to the dealership we noticed that there was no lot. All the cars are kept inside. I thought that was great because it keeps the cars clean and protected. We saw the Audi A4 that we were interested in and man was it clean. It was a 2008 with only 70k miles on and it was immaculate. We inspected the car and Zora just let us do our thing. He didn't hover over us like some other dealers. He left is alone and just popped in every now and again to see how we're doing. Zora let my wife and I take the car for a test drive while he stayed at the dealership. After the test drive we fell in love with the car. We worked out an amazing deal!!! Zora was willing to listen to our offer and we came up with the right numbers. This entire time we felt absolutely no pressure. Zora was attentive, patient and professional. A day later an oil sensor warning light came on. I called Zora and even though the car was sold as is with no warranty he told us to bring the car back and he would take care of it. He brought it to a certified mechanic and replaced the part with a genuine OEM Audi sensor free of charge. Problem solved. I mean who does that. I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Representative Kazar was virtuous, explained the services that my car was due for and offered discounted services, they worked on my car and allied me when the work was done.

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw
