I think amazing customer service would be an understatement… personally I never imagined having to get a vehicle on such short notice and being so overwhelmed simply to be greeted and treated with such support and kindness. The staff was nothing less than incredible and patient. They answered all questions with honesty and compassion, they were supportive from the start and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

Service department. They were very very busy when I came in. They were very respectful and helpful, they got me an appointment even though they were out a week or 2. Not their fault they are busy with business. They were very kind and helpful with my issues. They discussed prices before performing anything on my vehicle. Highly recommend. I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

After my kid totaled my truck, I needed a new one,,, I went to all the usually 28th street dealers where the sales people are up your backside while you are trying to look at vehicles,,, On my way home frustrated with the process I stopped for lunch and seen Comodo across the street so stopped in,,,, No one came outside and followed my around like a xxxx furniture sales person,,,, Prices were clearly marked on the windows. My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Mike Chamberlin was not only a good salesperson and provided exceptional service, but offered services that are not usually the concern of the salesperson. Mike responded to our email with information about a vehicle that we had seen online, but it turned out not to have all the features that we wanted. Mike asked for our criteria then went about searching for this vehicle. He succeeded after finding the vehicle in another state about 8 1/2 hours/600 miles away. He made arrangements and got the vehicle to Dorrance Ford in Galesburg, MI. Galesburg is about 3 hours/160 miles round trip for us to drive to Dorrance Ford. Mike gave us home delivery after he also offered to get the duplicate title that we needed for our trade-in vehicle. We had our new vehicle and Mike drove our trade-in vehicle back to Dorrance Ford. These services were really appreciated, especially since we are all dealing with Covid-19. What a pleasant experience Mike provided. We'd highly recommend that you check with Mike Chamberlin if you are looking for a Ford product.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I would like to start by saying that I rarely post reviews, as you normally expect good service, but my experience was above and beyond and I had the urge to share my story. After 10 years of driving a 2008 Camry that would not die (sold it with 215K miles on it), I decided to upgrade to a new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid due to the amazing fuel economy coupled with AWD. Out of 5 dealerships, Sunshine Toyota had the best price for the trim I wanted and so I decided to lock in and purchase the car. I explained that I received an excellent offer from a buyer on my Camry that was too good to be true so and that I would be selling it in a week. Later that week I found out that Toyota issued a safety recall for the Rav4 (minor issue with the back-up-camera) and that I could not pick it up until it was resolved. Justin Etheridge was my sales consultant and offered a free loaner vehicle (2019 model) if my Camry sold before the Rav4 safety issue was resolved and said I could use it for as long as it took. Well...after the back up camera issue was resolved, Toyota issued another minor safety recall for the automatic braking and put another stop-sale on the Rav4 until it was repaired. Fast forward almost 2.5 months later (slight delay due to a credit fraud alert on my report from a stolen wallet incident in February) and I was finally at the dealership to pick up my car. The entire paperwork process was very streamlined and efficient, yet they explained all the steps. As I upgraded from an 11 year old car, another associate took me out to the vehicle to explain all of the safety features (lane assist, active braking, radar cruise control....etc). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs driving home in my new Rav4!!!. During the entire paperwork process I had numerous people come up to me and genuinely apologize for the long wait I had in acquiring the Rav4, but I was just appreciative of the free loaner. Later that afternoon I was at the gym and saw a commercial for Sunshine Toyota stating they are #1 in customer service in the area, and normally I am skeptical of those, however, after going through the experience I did, I can honestly say that Sunshine Toyota (and the sales associate Justin Etheridge) is indeed the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!!

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.
