The telephone call was pleasant. The sales person was cordial, and informative. Our problem was she is on the West coast, and I am on the East coast! It's, as you might expect, difficult to buy something sight unseen.

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

I had a bit of a unique experience with Horsepower Motors (in a good way), as I bought my car from them from out of state. I cannot say enough great things about Dany & Eric. They had a 2018 Model S at a fantastic price, and I jumped on it as soon as I could. Dany kept his word, and followed through with what he said he was going to do at every turn. Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I Love the hybrid aspect of the car. The car is very roomy, comfortable, reliable, and easy to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone.
