Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

They seem to have a great selection of sports cars. They are car guys and know their product very well. I got an really nice Mustang from these guys with lots of upgrades, and I so far I love it, as do all my friends. Very satisfied! I you need a sports car, see these guys!

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

My husband and I went to Jay Auto Sales to check out some of their used cars. We needed to replace my beloved old Prius that was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company. We were greeted outside by Robert, who invited us into his office inside to talk. After chatting for awhile, we told him that money was really an issue, and as it happens there were no cars that day that we could really afford. He was so understanding, and actually did not try to sell us a car at all, but recommended that we get our car back and get it fixed because that would cost less than buying another car. We were so impressed with his honesty and really, a very kind and caring attitude. Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

From the outside you wouldnt expect the awesome cars this dealership has. But it's honesty worth the stop. They don't hassle you, they let you browse their lot and give you, your space. But they arr right there when you are ready for a test drive. We got a ford foucs and love it. They were able to work with the price we wanted, and made it easy to finish a deal. Also, the CD player didn't work and the owner got us a new one!! Most used lots would never do that. I really appreciate the awesome customer service they have.And will defiantly go there first when we decided, we are ready for another vehicle. Thank you for a reliable car and great service.

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

Came in for a regular oil change and left with a new (gently used) car! A big Thank you to Ronny for the full attention he gave me with no pressure to buy. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Just bought this truck with 42000 miles hopefully it treats me good 12/16/2023 looking for a warranty company that Ford honors that’s not too expensive, bumper-to-bumper

Very smooth transaction with a salesman who was knowledgeable about the vehicle in which I was interested. Very patient with answering my questions and ofttimes gave me further information beyond what I'd asked. The financial person exhibited a courteous manner and worked with my desires and concerns till I was satisfied with the financing of the vehicle. Dealership washed, detailed, and filled the car with gas prior to my departure.

My car is actually a 2008 Mustang Bullitt with a 315 HP 4.6 liter engine with a Roush supercharger. Total HP is between 425 and 450. Quite fast.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I have dealt with Larry H. Miller Chrysler jeep Tucson, several times in the past. First time experience was very good. I bought a use car at that time. That My second experience, I bought a new car. The experience was good. But dealing with the service deptment was awful. They try to sell you things you do not need and are very pushy. But a couple of weeks ago, I did go back for the third time, to sell my jeep back to them. It was one of the nicest experience I had. They offer me a reasonable amount for my jeep. I told them that I was going to look for a use car from a private party. They did make some suggestions, about some of the use vehicles they had. They were not pushy, they were very nice, and explain everything to me. At that time, I explain why I was not happy with their service department. They explain things to me, about what happen, and basically said they understood how I felt, and do not blame me for the way I felt. I did decided to buy a use jeep there. The only reasons I did give them a second chance was because of the two sales person that help me. If it wasn't for Tommy Crawford and Nikkie Godstone, I would have not bought my jeep and would have walk way with only selling my jeep to them. Both Tommy and Nikkie were not pushy, or made me feel bad. They made great suggestions, and explain everything to me very clearly. When they did not know something, they did not give me a run around, they went right away to get a straight answer. If you can deal with Tommy or Nikkie or sales persons like them, Then I Highly recommend Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything done perfectly!! Left our Corvette at the service dept and walked over for breakfast at a local restaurant and when we arrived back , the car was just about ready for delivery back to us!

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.
