Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

If all dealerships operated the way this one does people wouldn't dread buying new cars. I worked with Sam and got to meet some of the other salespeople on the team during my shopping process. Sam took great care of our needs and made sure we got the perfect vehicle for our needs. These guys aren't super pushy like most other places. 10/10 would shop with them again.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

Great dealership and car buying experience. I called Tom Storey regarding a new Explorer we saw online. Tom found it and held it as I had a 3 hour drive to Bozeman; he had it cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The sales manager quickly appraised our trade in and I was out the door in record time. Finance manager stayed late to close the deal and it was overall as pleasant as a car buying experience can be.

I stand corrected. I wrote a review regarding a very disheartening experience at this dealership. I went so far as to say that no one there gave a crap. I was wrong! I received several phone calls from the General Manager, Jeremy. He took the time to really listen to my frustrations and concerns and said He would do whatever he needed to do to fix this. He came up with an immediate plan and it truly changed my perception of this dealership. He brought home that it's about communicating on both sides! Incredible Customer Service...Stellar!!! Arrived at dealership with an immediate problem of A/C nonfunctional. With the summer heat approaching, we were very unhappy. My husband and I entered the Service Consultant area to find that 1. All representatives were busy and 2. No appointments for 2 1/2 months. We were very pleased when we heard from the end consultant desk "How can I help you?" Wow, someone is offering customer service! Jason Sanistevan said that he would like to assist us, however, could he keep our vehicle for 7-10 days and he would work us in. Under the circumstances, this was a fair offer Good to his word, he got the repair completed in the promised time frame. Walked away very satisfied!

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. We worked with Jason and wound up leaving the van for thorough diagnostics. Jason was quick, knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly.

Overall- great ride, good power, good MPG, plenty of room. Nicely featured. So far no complaints- 66,000 miles Great for trips - lots of storage space.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience
