New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

My 2017 Ford Edge was a lease It only had 20600 miles so I purchased the vehicle from Flood Ford, Paulette was the person who did the paperwork, she was very helpful and courteous in getting the paperwork and registration for my Ford Edge done.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I worked with Justin Pratt and David Tignonsini. Justin had great customer service, and helped me find the right vehicle at the right price. The sales are professional and fair. Everyone was upfront and easy to work with. I worked with the sales manager James to finish the paperwork, and again, his approach was fair, honest about what the customer needs, and not high pressure on the closing. Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

An amazing experience with the service department and collision center at this dealership after my car was damaged by a fallen tree. The process right from the beginning was flawless. Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.

I have purchased 3 Outbacks and 1 Forester from Secor over the past 14 years. I have had all of those cars maintained by the Secor service department and I have never been disappointed in any way. I find the staff to be extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Three of my cars were used and one I bought new. The Secor sales department is excellent as well. I give very high marks to Secor Suburu in all categories.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty
