I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

We went to the used car lot to see if they had anything we may be interested. Our salesman Keith listened to us and showed us a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge, that we ended up buying! We were very pleased with Keith and all his knowledge and would go back to the dealership again!

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I don't drive much so my last oil change was several months ago. Although arriving early, this place was bustling but that was OK as I planned ahead and brought a book.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

I took this Escape PHEV home for ~$30k after federal and state tax credits and X-Plan pricing. Its no sports car, but it has a silky smooth and silent ride. The PHEV functionality is incredible. We've driven almost exclusively on electricity just plugging it in when it happens to be parked. The EV range in our experience has been 40+ miles exceeding the 37 mile EPA range estimate. And if you deplete the charge or need an extra boost of power it runs as a 210hp hybrid. Don't forget the 1,500lb tow rating. This is a fantastic all around family car. Ford really knocked this one out of the park.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I was first leaning toward a mazda 50, but when I decided on phev due to my numerous trips under 10 miles, I was drawn to 25 escape phev. Great level of standard features. Very shopable, very good discounts. I keep hearing how it has inferior interior materials, but honestly, my camry was not as nice. And as far as comfort, i love the upright tall sitting position, its a personal preference. The standard screen is great, very friendly. My electric range, set at 90% is around 24 to 28 miles. Not bad at all. Road trip with no plug in was 38 mpg. Nice transition toward all electric.

I called, test drove the car on Wednesday. Thursday was thanksgiving. I got a call, text and a email. Letting me know that I can come get my car. Jimmy white took care of me. I test drove it on my break from work. When I walked, 5 or 10 minutes later I was taking on what I felt was my new car. The CLA Mercedes Benz, 2014 looked just like the photos online and drove even better. The process was super smooth. I pulled over to complete the loan info. When I returned to the dealership, I told Jimmy that I put the application in for the car. That evening I received an email saying a lender has pulled my info. The following working day. I was driving off the lot in less than a hour from the time I arrived. Great job Jimmy and Royal Oak Ford!

The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

This is a wonderful place to buy a car and they take such care in all they do. The facility is very nice and clean. Our salesman Chris doesn?t pressure us and answers all of our concerns. Justin goes over everything in the car with you and you really need that since these cars are computers! We purchased the Aviator and love it!

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.
