I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

My husband and I had different thoughts on cab, size box and extras. We shared our thoughts with our salesman, John Harris. He was incredibly helpful and so honest as to what makes most sense for us to order. He apprised us of rebates, etc and best way to go. John was totally invested in us getting what would be best.. Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Have had this truck for about a year and driven it across Canada, up, around, over and through the Rockies, around the western US and have never had a moment’s concern. Every mechanic that’s changed the oil or done other regular maintenance has said, one way or another, “wish they still made them like this.”

I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

We love are car it is great to drive and has all kinds of power I drove 1300 miles in one setting and when I got home I wasn’t even tired but I’m a old trucker and have drove millions of miles and I wouldn’t take for are Ford Taurus Ford done a great job

My brother once own a 2008 F-250 it had a 12 inch lift with Big mickey Thompson tires and a Skyjacker brand lift kit it has 4 doors 2 tone paint gray and black and tan interior this 2004 F-350 he just bought in full without getting a loan cost just under $19,000 My brother be having it transported on a step desk trailer pulled by a semi truck coming from Seattle,WA and taking it to Columbus,GA where my brother lives at he wants a 12 inch lift the skyjacker brand with Toyo tires the Big ones and a custom paint job gun metal gray on top and black on bottom and a full interior redone and custom bumper front and rear and have lots of cameras and a TV monitor on dash to see some of the blind spots and be adding a train horn it should arrive at his house next Monday 2/10/25 To transport it cost $2,300

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.
