2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

Came in to turn in the old lease. Wife wanted to go from a sub-compact Scion iA to a Rav4 midsize suv. Mike McGinness helped us find exactly what she could afford! No sales gimmicks from anyone. The sales Manager Stephanie came out and greeted us while we looked at some vehicles in the showroom. Simply thanked us for coming in and was excited for us. Wife’s anxiety and hunger got the best of her, so Mike was ok with me letting her test drive to our house to drop her off and take a closer look at the new Rav4. Came back, picked one out and worked out some numbers that she was able to afford. Even though it was closing time at that point, Randy Miles, the leasing manager got all the paperwork ready for her to sign. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Not sure why people get wound up sometimes about dealerships. Its a big purchase and it’s great to have knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Going to pick up the new Rav4 LE AWD tomorrow! I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.
