I just traded-in my Pontiac of 7 years for a new, more fuel-efficient vehicle. The vehicle was very clean and in a well-maintained condition. Even in snowy weather there was very little delay in my arriving to the dealership's lot and an employee attending to me. The gentleman was courteous, gave me a good route to take to fully test the vehicle's capabilities (helpful since I was unfamiliar with the town) and let me loose. When presenting the vehicle's history he told me what he knew and didn't add things he was unsure of and wanted me to hear. The trade value of my vehicle was fair, perhaps not the highest figure I could hope for but the valuer gave me a clear pro-con explanation of what I could expect. What I especially liked was that he did not try to sell me their price or the vehicle I was interested in, respecting my own opinion. The vehicle was made ready for my pick-up on the day I requested. The original salesmen transferred my plates and possessions into the new vehicle in freezing temperatures while his associated finalized my paperwork- respect for my time! On top of everything, the vehicle was given added maintenance that I requested (appreciate the strong alignment!). The best thing I can say about this dealership is that they did not project their agenda on me and gave me a no non-sense, no small talk jargon. I appreciate the time they took and am confident they are in business to make money while (not in addition to) helping the consumer find a vehicle that meets their changing needs. If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

This car is the most comfortable! Lots of room, lots of options, a dream to drive. Needed a bigger car that was good in the snow.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Staff was very friendly and laid back, never felt any pressure to buy. Price on the car was excellent and trade-in value was good as well. Will be the first place I look for my next vehicle (hopefully not for a while though!)

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

I live in Omaha and found a F150 in Sioux Falls. At first I wasn't sure because it was such a drive. I called and spoke with Chis who was very detailed when telling me about the vehicle. I ended up driving the 3 hours to Sioux Falls the next day and was very pleased with the truck. The truck was just as he described. Very honest an great to do business with. Made the drive worth it! This is definitely a well built truck. Rugged and durable plus a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interior. Bought it primarily for farm use and towing trailers. However, after riding in the spacious cab my wife is now making plenty of travel plans for places we can take it.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

30 day warranty full-service shop very professional very clean environment I found a perfect truck through these guys they were very organized the sales persons were awesome the sale of the vehicle lasted like 15 minutes I had one issue with a door handle they fixed it immediately I definitely recommend these guys to my friends perfect service and I will be doing business with them again.

We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.
