Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience was mixed. Conner, the salesperson, was excellent. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and even went above and beyond by finding a charger adapter for me so I could charge the car. His customer service and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made the buying process on the sales side very smooth. Unfortunately, my experience in finance with Brian was extremely disappointing. When I declined add-ons such as GAP insurance and the extended warranty, his demeanor changed completely. He became belittling and spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I directly told him that his behavior was rude, he began slamming papers and a stapler, clearly trying to rush me out of the finance office. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. In addition, the vehicle was not properly cleaned upon delivery. The interior seats and floor mats were visibly dirty, which was surprising for a newly purchased vehicle. I haven?t purchased a car in a while, and this experience showed me how much dealership culture has changed ? especially in finance. The overall purchase itself was relatively quick (about an hour, two hours max including a two-day process), but the behavior in finance and the condition of the car at delivery left a negative impression. Conner deserves recognition for his professionalism. However, the finance experience and vehicle cleanliness need serious improvement.

Motorpoint Roswell is a unique used car dealer. A great number of their vehicles are one-owner, very unusual for a small dealer. Alyque and Rich were great to work with, and took time to answer any and all questions. Good, honest hard-working guys who are definitely turning the perception of a used car dealer to a positive. Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.
