I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

We recently purchased a vehicle for our granddaughter. It's her first and she absolutely loves her 2004 Ford Explorer Sport. I bought a 2003 Ford Windstar SEL on November 30th of 2003. I LOVED that car! I was forced to give it up in June of 2018. I never should have let that happen. If I could get her back, I’d do it in a heartbeat. The very first time I sat in the driver’s seat, I knew she was going to be the best vehicle I have ever owned, and she was! She just felt so perfect under me - my test drive was less than 1/2 of a city block and I was sold. To the shock of the salesman, I pulled out my checkbook immediately and said, “How much?” Our family made so many memories in that car. All three of our kids learned how to drive in that car. We made so many family trips in that car. Ford messed up when they dropped the Windstar line from their fleet. I’m convinced that the Windstar was the BEST vehicle Ford ever manufactured … I keep hoping Ford will wake up and bring the Windstar back!

I appreciated the process this time, I did my homework and was pre-approved thru a credit union. I'm still in that learning phase with my car but I'm happy with it.

My wife and I were a walk-in to the dealership looking to buy a new Audi SQ5. Greeted by Jereck Galloway, we were shown an SQ5 and given a lengthy test drive. After looking at two other makes, we went back to Audi Bellevue to drive the vehicle again and were given another test drive by Spencer Kinghorn, Jereck's associate..We decided to buy the Audi. Complications arose when the vehicle in the color we wanted was at another dealership. Audi Bellevue attempted to trade for the vehicle but were told it was not available. Several days later, Jereck contacted us and said that the vehicle was indeed available at their dealership. Both Jereck and Spencer were very professional and accommodative to our needs during the entire process. A job well done! They made the process very easy and enjoyable.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Bought from a distance. 998 miles away. Mike Wallace was personable, easy going and served our interests well. Extra effort was taken to make this a safe, pleasant and satisfactory experience. The car proved to be a great purchase which was difficult to secure in seven prior attempts at other sites. Delivery was flawless. I will keep in contact with them as I believe they have good vehicles at very fair prices.

There was no fronting during negotiations and it felt as though there was a lot of integrity throughout. They set expectations rather well, too. Be sure to watch out for any assumed add-ons when presented your line-by-line, however. You’re sure to have a great experience whether you’re able to negotiate a deal or not. P.S. I like the new car smell scent you guys put in the vehicle prior to driving off; it’s really rather nostalgic

This vehicle has worked great, once you keep a vehicle maintained, it should be running properly...this is one of those that runs properly and is reliable.

Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my car to be serviced this Thursday. Just a day after getting the Vet home the "check engine light" came on. Yes I had to sign lots of "as-is" papers. So I have not gotten to drive it much. But Mike did a great job of doing the test drive and paper work.

Best deal we found spent a week looking at used cars. Platinum Autos Woodinville had the nicest selection and the best deals
