In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

If the last review was written on my behalf it is inaccurate. There is a miscommunication but Stevens 112 ford is working diligently to make make it right.

This vehicle drives very nice. I am normally a Chevy buyer but this Ford is very nice. I was never in the Ford dealership but they really treated me well

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. i bought a jeep from here and i was unsure of the vehicle i wanted at first but after i was there i was able to test drive a few different cars and figured i loved the jeep i bought i had a budget that i couldn't pass and the car was more than that budget but after i sat with Pablo we were able to get it under my budget beyond grateful for them as i am still driving the car to this day with no problems but i recently went back and bought a car for my son i all went very smooth and i don't have any complaints i would totally recommend them and i will be going back for my next vehicle happily

Buying a used car from Hertz was made very easy by Jeremy W. in Smithtown, Drove my new car home that same day. Very happy with my purchase, car drives great. Would have given 5 star and will change all to 5 star when I am given the extra key and booklet. The only snag in the purchase was I was given one key and no booklet for the car. This past October, I purchased a 2013 F-150 from the Otis Ford used car department. I was satisfied with my purchase until after two months and thirty-one hundred miles, I noticed excessive, uneven wear on the front tires. My initial impression was the camber was out of tolerance; however, upon professional evaluation it was toe that was out of adjustment. It was my hope that Otis Ford would stand behind their product and realign the front end, and I would deal with the tires. Hours after leaving Otis Ford I read the repair order/ receipt of work performed and came to realize that the service director authorized the replacement of both front tires. This was well beyond my expectations. This was my first purchase from Otis Ford which was a laid back, easy going, experi ence; not at all aggressive and pushy which has been my experience elsewhere. I will recommend Otis Ford to everyone; This is a stand up company, with a professional staff. I cannot thank them enough nor can I give them enough stars for their exemplary service.

This car has the right amount of room where I need it for my family and my show dogs. It is a pleasure to drive, easy to park and make a u turn when I need to. Gas milage is good too.

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

On March 1 2025. I called Nissan 112 to have my car inspected and oil change. It was early afternoon I was sure if I was able to get an appointment. Kristen answered the phone and was so nice and pleasant and was able to schedule me in. I was so relieved that my car would be serviced and couldn't thank her enough. Her postive,upbeat attitude and genuine concern was so impressive. Kristen is very respectful and I am very greatful to know that she very professional and cares.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
