The prices are very competitive but the condition of their used vehicles is far superior to that of the other dealers I visited. The staff members are very professional and friendly. Battery replacement was done. BUT now dashboard lights are very dim=I cannot see the cruise control on, etc. This was never the case but is now wrong and is unpleasant.

He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. But between today and yesterday Santiago was able to fix the issue for me and get my cover fix . He is amazing and the best employee Al Hendrickson could have . He deserve a raise.

I have a 2011 Transit and have had zero problems (until this month. - tho minor) Sorry they're discontinued ,would've bought another. Am 76 and this is this best car I have own !!! Transported 13 cats in cages easily from Michigan to Florida and back. Camped in it .great headroom ! Two bikes fit easily too

So I bought a 2008 chrysler town & touring earlier January of this year which was advertised here in cars.com but I was eventually referred to a website called Elite Auto Auctions to proceed with the purchase. It took about 2 weeks before I got the car and it arrived exactly how it was described. Not much to expect from an old car but not bad for a $1500 bought online. No regrets :))

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
