Five stars all around. We had a great experience purchasing our 2025 F-150 Tremor. The biggest standout was being able to negotiate the deal by phone and text before making the two-hour drive to the dealership. That made a huge difference and showed real respect for our time. Noah was our salesperson and he was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, and everything was exactly as discussed when we arrived. The process itself was incredibly quick and smooth. They beat every other dealer?s price on the Tremor by a landslide. Financing was also a great experience. Our finance manager was efficient, got us a great rate, and explained everything clearly without dragging it out. This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
