Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. Sales person was new but did the best she could- 5 stars. Finance, rush you through process and did not fully disclose the changes other than the added warranty package was cheaper than previously priced- 3 stars. Dealership online pricing is deceptive. They state significant savings from MSRP that includes freight/ship charges, then state 11K discount online which has freight/ship charges subtracted off (which really isn’t a discount) and put in very small font that discounted price does not include the $$$$ freight/ship charges. Very deceptive and I question legality of it. The overall price for the truck was as good as I could find. The deceptive mathematics they use in their advertising is something to watch out for.

My sales associate, Ainoa Garcia, was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable with all the features on the 2019 Ford Explorer. She was a pleasure to work with. Her sales manager, Russell Hawthorne, also worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were completely addressed. I also stopped in the Service Dept. and spoke with service consultant Derek Watson with a few questions I had about issues with my old 2006 Explorer. It was great to get his input and future maintenance advice. He will be my go-to service advisor in the future. This was my first purchase from Academy Ford but it won’t be my last.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.
