I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

Seriously the best car buying experience I could ask for. Cars.com has little info so when I reached out to the dealer they sent me the link to the dealership website. Had the carfax actually posted on the site and easy to reference/compare. I reached out to say I was interested and was linked up w/ Omar. He was super friendly and understanding, knew what I was looking for/the type of customer I was, and def made the entire process pain free. He answered my questions, I never felt pushed into trying something else or adding things I didn’t want, and when i told him I was paying cash he didn’t bat an eye (I’ve been to other places where they actually tried to convince me financing was the “best way to go” and it’s annoying). He gave me the “out the door” price and even had the car parked out front so I could hop straight into the test drive and not have to worry about someone snaking the car from under me before I got there (he could tell I was worried living 1.5 hours away and not getting their until the next day that someone might grab the car, reassured me it would be there when I showed up). I even had to delay showing up by like 4 hours and he didn’t once make me feel stressed about it and it would be there when I got there. Once I got there this place was a well oiled machine and everything about the dealership/employees screamed friendly and helpful. Me and my friend joked about maybe this place would be a corner dealer shack with beaters out front, but this place was immaculate. Everything from Honda’s to Ferrari’s and even some UTV’s. Omar told me what the process was going to be and the moment I sat down he spelled out the steps that would happen and about how long the process was. The place wasn’t busy when I got there but 10 minutes into me sitting down the place got several customers. Even though they were busy, Omar made sure my stuff was taken care of, and he processed and signed my paperwork before he did anything else for other customers. Made me feel like I was his top priority even though I know he had to be dealing with at least a couple other customers. He even thought of the small stuff, like making sure my mailing address was up to date because it was different than on my drivers license (so that my permanent tags/title wouldn’t go to the wrong address). I genuinely hate the process of buying a car, but Omar could sense that and he made the whole thing actually enjoyable. First time I can say that about car buying haha. No b.s. after the test drive I was in and out of the place in 28 minutes. I didnt ever feel rushed, they let me drive as long as I wanted and didn’t make me wait when I was done and ready to sign. I don’t normally like to commit to one place for something as big as a car purchase, but ENE Motors was transparent about the price/info, Omar was friendly understood and catered to me, and was easy to talk to. I was a priority the second I walked in to the second I left....All for a car that they were selling under the price of other dealers around. Pros: -Great deal with no hidden/outrageous fees -Transparent carfax/website/user info -Great staff that understand what customers want out of car buying -no pushy or sleazy upselling tricks/tactics -answered all questions and when I declined certain options, was not hassled or argued with -huge selection with wide variety -felt like a priority the entire time -Omar and the guy in finance were super easy to talk to -super streamlined buying process that doesn’t waste hours. Cons: Nothing crazy just the layout of the dealership is sort of confusing and it took me a minute to call/find out where to meet Omar at, but that was an easy fix. I bought my Edge when it was three years old and had less than 20k miles. I saved almost 20k from a new titanium models. The rear trunk light casing has a water leak that needs fixing but otherwise I have had zero issues w it. Power seat w Lumbar support makes a huge difference on long drives.

Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

The service is good, and people are nice. I am happy for this oil change, brake inspection, tire alignment, 27 points check, and repair service after inspection.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.
