We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. I bought mine new in 2016. 128k and deleted at 60k. The increase in power has been astronomical. Unrivaled power and reliability. 30 - 200 hp boost on a 5 position selector switch. It rides like a f-250 should. The more weight on it the smoother the ride. The heated/cooled seats are fantastic. I have 6 foot plus children and they have plenty of front and rear seat leg room. The power outlets are conveniently located and charge lap tops and phone quickly. The interior noise at highway speeds are imperceptible, the engine break assist is excellent when towing a trailer. Cruise control is the most economically way to drive. My milage is slightly better with the delete completion, maybe 2-4 mph depending on how fast it is being driven. Factory tires get better MPG than the Goodyear AT's but I found that the factory tires failure to have any appreciable traction a major problem and thus the change early in my ownership. Dry pavement with factory tires was excellent, however, I was unable to turn my truck with one snowmobile with a two place trailer on a mowed grass covered in 2 inches of snow. Once the tires were replaced with the AT's, no issue what so ever. My truck was ordered and never picked up and there for I got a decent deal at 63k new, 3 miles. I have the Lariat edition with tow option and plow options. I have ability for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing and in bed trailer plug. To say this truck is a beast is a gross understatement. I out perform all other brands of trucks which are similarly deleted, never been beaten. The program I run is the EZ LYNK Auto Agent II and the program is by SPE. It has a transmission tune unlike 99% of other tunes on the market. Totally recommend this if you want tons of more power and increases in MPG.

High quality dealership with great personnel. We worked with Yevgeniy who was very knowledgeable about the Polestar, low key about the process without any of the "old school" high pressure dealership practices that is old and full of xx. The process was completely straightforward with all costs being laid out in advance with now non of the "hidden fees" nonsense of other dealers. The price is as shown without any negotiatin, along with a small document fee of $85, tax and registration. What a great way to purchase a car. The whole process took less than two hours and we bought a lovely car. We also met with Troy Johnson, who was one of the first employees in the company who provided us the final paperwork. Super guys both Yevgeniy and Troy. Great way to buy a car.

Have had it for a couple of weeks. I just filled the fuel tank for the first time today. I have put about 600 miles on it on one tank of gas. Have plugged it in every night after I have driven it. I love it!

The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. Everything from test drive to out the door was low street and about as seamless as I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

We had a great experience buying a gently used Chevy Bolt at Ever last weekend. After finding the car we wanted at EVer on AAA’s car-buying website, we got in touch with them online and then communicated by text with a salesman, Levan, for the rest of the pretty seamless process. we were not able to make an easy trade-in with them because our previous car was not an EV, but they were very upfront about that and suggested we work with a company like Carfax for the trade-in. The price is the price—no negotiating—and a lot of the paperwork is handled in advance by uploading all the relevant documents. By the time we test drove the car, the rest of the buying process was very easy. The car was whistle clean, exactly as described, and we love it. All buying experiences should be this easy and pleasant.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

This is my first truck and first EV, 2 in 1 for me. Pros: - Love the very smooth ride. Barely feel road imperfections. Very steady and stable on inner streets, highways, and around corners. - Acceleration is amazing for a large truck. - Big and comfy interior, front and back seats. Cloth trim and not leather. Plenty of storage all around, including under the back seats. Front trunk. Working table comes out of the right arm rest. - Basic but good infotainment system. Android auto works without connecting USB. Excellent. - Ford app is useful and basic for range, tire pressure, charging stations, and battery and remote car start and prewarming, Cons: - XLT: No front parking sensors. I would have expected a large truck to have them to help with parking. - Heated front seats but not the steering wheel seems cheap omission. - The arm rest compartment doesn't stay up and wants to fall when opened. - XLT has marginal battery travel range. Around 240 miles (per Ford, From 100% to 0%) in normal good conditions and normal weather. In real life, is lower. If u start at 90% (recommended charge) and recharge at 20% (per rec), then using only 70% of predicted range and add some cold weather that takes a lot of battery to warm and heat.. range will drop to around 140 miles. Meaning plan to charge frequently or daily, depending on ur commute and avoid long distance travel to avoid low range anxiety.. u don't want to have low range and start looking for a working and available charging station, to sit for 30 min or an hour to charge and keep going. I think extended battery should be standard, but that means more costs. - Ford blueoval charging stations are good and present in many areas and dealers, but the problem is that they might be offline, not working, occupied, and hard to predict availability which limits their use. So, having home charger is essential. - Wipers are horrible from factory. Needed immediate change. - Speakers are acceptable but nothing special. - Doors don't unlock by approach and touching the handles. Have to use keypad or key fob. - I opted for the 2K discount instead of the Ford promise home charge with installation offer as I was concerned with the fine print of "Standard installation" requirement and ending up having to pay out of pocket if Qmerit deemed my install as non standard and went with my own installer. I think the Flash edition would cover many of those cons compared to the XLT for around 5K extra.

I brought my car into the dealer location around 10:20 AM and had the services of oil and filter changes with a check-up of other components. It was promised to have the car done in 3 hours which was a bit longer than usual. In the end, it finished around 12:45 PM. I wish it could be done quicker since I was waiting in the store.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

I bought this car as the baseis of a new hobby build. It had the performance options I wanted and was an automatic. Two items the dealer failed to disclose were worn tires and two curb checked wheels.

What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

This is definitely a well built truck. Rugged and durable plus a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interior. Bought it primarily for farm use and towing trailers. However, after riding in the spacious cab my wife is now making plenty of travel plans for places we can take it.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Car is very comfortable, the ride is smooth. With the plug in, can get to work and back without using gas!! The truck is small because of the battery, but actually is high so we still use it for travelling.
