My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. And I still have it 2025 and I have 165 thousand miles on it and I’ve taken really good care of my vehicle and I have changed the oil every 5 thousand miles and I’ve only used mobile 1 full synthetic ever since I had 30 thousand miles on it. And I have kept up with everything it needs and my car runs like the day I bought it out of the showroom. And I bought the 4.6 liter V8 and I have one thing wrong with the sensors and I think it’s just a fuse. So yeah it’s a great car. And I’ll never get rid of it. And it’s basically all highway miles on it. And make sure that you buy the tires that came with the car because I bought Michelin‘s and they felt like I was driving a truck. So I went with the deltas and they are great tires for the car.

Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.
