The dealership and staff were prompt and friendly. Issue fixed and delivered on time. My only negative is that in making the appointment, I was unable to get in for over two weeks!

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla. Great experience and the finance side of it was a breeze. Everything in the sales process was very well explained. They're successful for a reason. In the end, I had to bicycle ride it home and come back walking (3 mile distance). I asked the finance manager for help here but he declined. When I was ready to bike it home and walk back, it was the maintenance/mechanics that stepped in to help.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

Bought this used car 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S three years ago with just over 100,000 miles and I’ve had nothing go wrong with the car since day one.

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

After my car came from the body shop, it was spotless inside and out. Will be looking for a new car in the spring and I will be going to Bergstroms we have always got our cars from Bergstroms.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Had this car for years. It's at 330,000 miles and still runs. Drive it alll the time. Needed a new transmission after 300,000 miles. Its true if you keep up with maintenance any car could last.

Service is always attentive. Sales staff are friendly and take time with each customer making them feel special.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I visited The Auto Shop for a blown head gasket for my old 1984 SAAB 900S, love the old "tanks" but all the repairs it actually needed to be a safe vehicle for my almost 16 year old was more than I wanted to spend fixing the "old girl". I was in need of a newer manual transmition vehicle and The Auto Shop found me what I needed in record time. Tony, Rick,and Dick . . . love you guys! :0)

Anyone who complains about a Saab simply doesnt take care of it. The Saab has been an absolute joy to have. The car is solid in everyway possible. Yes, the parts can be a bit expensive, but that is due to the company closing its doors in 2011. And the rarer your model and options the harder and more expensive it can be to get. However, as long as you take care of the car and upkeep the basic maintenance it runs perfect. There are plenty of videos to help you diagnosis issues if you have any. And you can always visit forums to ask for help. Yes GM had engineered some stuff in Saab. But the car is literally built to last, as long as you do the maintenance. If you get a lemon i feel bad for you. But other than that its a great car.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Hue was fantastic, very responsive and took the time to answer all questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Hue worked with us to find a car as we are over 4 hours away form the dealership. Hue went out and took specific photos of the vehicle for us. Highly recommend Hue and the dealership.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Mike is amazing! Was looking for a new specific car which they had. Sales people are not pushy at all.. test drove the car. Loved it but had a minor concern with it. Mike took care of it and let me drive it again to make sure I was happy. Gave me a great price for my trade. Mike made the whole process quick and painless.. This is a really nice vehicle for being used. It exceeds our expectations for comfort and performance. We enjoy driving it both in town and out in the country.
