I had to return to the dealer for a DEQ test because I kept my old plates and they were within 90 days of renewal. Dealer had to DEQ the car per Oregon law. The dealer ate the cost and They were quick fitting me in when I showed up without an appt.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

Car ready when I was told it would be. Easy to get appointment. Comfortable waiting area.

Overall, my experience was great, but one area for improvement would be the add-on process. After deciding on the car, they really pushed extras at the end, and when I declined, I felt like I had to justify my decision. The back-and-forth while they checked with managers took a lot of time, and it was definitely the most time-consuming part of the process. It would be nice if they could make the add-on part smoother and less pressured, so customers don’t feel like they need to explain their choices.

The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos). I had been to three other Nissan dealerships prior, and none of them compared in pricing, comfort, or courtesy. I honestly can't say it enough... businesses like this should be supported.
