Boy, what lucky day for me when I chose Puente Hill Hyundai to buy my new 2015 Sonata!! Puente Hills Hyundai's salesmen Ronnie and John are wonderful & super people!!! As is finance man Mr. Dee!!! My over all experience is it was the best decision I've ever made buying a new car!! I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

This car is dependable, stylish, and has a lot of upgraded features for the money. It also has a lot of interior room for front as well as rear seating. It also runs on regular unleaded fuel, which saves money. The standard brakes and suspension are okay, but could be better. The quality of the factory paint could be better as well. I would prefer if it came with a wood steering wheel instead of the standard leather, which tends to wear out quickly. Overall it is a great car.

Lisa Briton provided excellent customer service and kept me informed about the repairs to my vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the vehicle and what needed to be repaired and explained very thoroughly.

This is my third Genesis G80 (2012 and 2017 previously), now a 2022 model. The comfort and technology and safety are the best around. I think the exterior styling has gotten bah - the 2017 showed mor "muscle" for a luxury sedan. Genesis has also gotten more expensive than they used to be - still better (less expensive) than the competitors but it used to be a great deal - now just OK. That said, Genesis does need to "fix" their interface with Carplay on Music - it used to work great but now, it does not show all my artists or playlists (they are on the phone). Many car manufacturers think this "feature" is safer but it isn't as now I need to pick up my phone to find what I want. Ugh - it used to work great on my 2017 G80.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. No surprises and no headaches. a superior experience all around, with special touches like the big red bow on the car for pics and a gong inside the dealership my son could hit to celebrate his very first car.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

I recently completed my due diligence in selecting a new car and selected the new '26 GV70. I visited several dealers and selected So. Bay Genesis. My first visit was OK, but the salesman never followed through. I went back several days later and met David Martinez. I explained that I had visited the dealer before and didn't want to cause any problems, but I sensed that David would be my guy. He answered all my questions and those that he didn't, he said he'd get back to me. As soon as I was home, he called and provided the answers to my questions. He was attentive, and his follow-up was spot on. The process was simple, easy and I received a more than fair price. I would highly recommend David if you’re looking for a sales individual that follows through, answers your questions and is delightful to work with, no pressure! My old car was a Macan S that was great, but the new GV70 (same size) comes with everything, except a trailer hitch, lol. It's an amazing car that is quieter than anything I've ever owned and quick. The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.
