Might be the best car I have ever owned. Don’t be deceived by the published range … the regenerative breaking as miles to your range. Unlike older EV’s there is not A decrease in the range when using heat or AC. Styling is excellent… power is incredible.

He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Mustang on 19 September 2020. The vehicle was priced under KBB Value (despite its immaculate condition and extremely low mileage), and the offer for my trade-in was very generous (on the far right end of the KBB bell curve). The sales representative, the manager, and the finance department were professional, friendly, and surprisingly NOT pushy. The team at Tameron Honda is undoubtedly, the best I have worked with to purchase a vehicle. COVID-19 social distancing and mask policies were obided by during our 4 hour visit, the facilities were clean, complimentary beverages and snacks were available, and there was a diverse selection of used vehicles. I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.
