Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Love this place , love the service, love how fast my process was to get into my M4 .best dealer I’ve ever made business, super polite , humble and very respectful, they even car washed the vehicle, man come one I was like whatttt!!! I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

We just leased a 2021 Compass Trailhawk for my daughter. Brian Misawa did a great job and worked very hard to get us the right car. He was very knowledgeable about the different trims and packages. The lease process went very smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.

We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

After years of loyalty to Lexus, we bought a Genesis G80 from Cerritos Genesis Daniel Woo made it a great and easy experience and found us the perfect car. Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A 2023 GENESIS GV70 2.5 STANDARD FOR MANY MONTHS. I'VE LOCATED A FEW AT A FEW OTHER DEALERS, BUT I CHOSE GENESIS OF CERRITOS DUE TO HONESTY, QUICKNESS, AND EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DANIEL WOO AND STAFF! I GIVE 5 STARS TO NORM REEVES GENESIS OF CERRITOS!

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

Regarding salesman Ernesto: Although I did not end up purchasing a Genesis I would like to provide an excellent recommendation for Ernesto. He was the kindest and most knowledge person out of all the dealerships we visited regarding knowledge about your line of autos (sales person) we have run across during this current car shopping escade we've been going through. I would have loved to have given Ernesto our business however I really wanted a rear view digital display mirror and the GV 60 doesn't offer that and the other vehicles that come with that feature in the Genisis line are just too big for me. Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.
