This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. This was my first time visiting the new stand alone Genesis dealership down the street from the previous Hyundai/Genesis dealership. The experience and customer service were night and day in comparison. Adam was professional and courteous along with the rest of the staff. At the previous dealership, it was a playground up to and including witnessing a profanity laced fight in front of the entire waiting room between a sales person giving a test drive with a potential customer and a porter that cut him off. I came in for routine maintenance as well as an inspection to a couple of issues I was continuing to have in which the old dealership could not supposedly find after numerous attempts with the other most likely caused by them when I had to return twice for a recall. Adam called a few hours later with a find and fix for both issues with no warranty coverage haggling. I've always loved my Genesis but I would NEVER go through the previous dealership no matter how many times they harassed me with daily calls, emails, and texts (true story). I absolutely will go through Aurora Genesis when I'm ready for a new one!

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

WOW! I’ve been all German until the GV70. The ride is so quiet and comfortable. The engine is impressive power. The technology is so advanced and the amount of features is mind blowing.

Perfect Buying Experience. Honest. No bs. No “I have to talk to my manager” games. Just straight forward, look you in the eye, fair price for a great vehicle. Also, they stand behind their vehicles. Don’t want the usual shady dealing’s that come with the average dealership? Give them a look.

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.
