Lux car, tech in the dark ages
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact car we wanted - not just what happened to be on the lot. He was professional, patient, easy-going, and truly great to work with every step of the way. Gerardo helped us shop remotely through calls and video, keeping us updated on inventory and making sure we were confident in what we chose. Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match.
