The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

In today's day and age of rising prices and high interest rates , this car was definitely the best bang for my buck. The value in the technology, design, and comfort made the decision easy, throw on a great factory warranty coverage longer than most, I'd highly recommend... I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing
